Post-Construction

 

        It is important to us that we walk through the project with the owner

        and the architect to make sure that all aspects of the building were

        covered and that the owner is satisfied with the outcome and feels

        that we met his/her needs in every way.

 

        This is also time to address anything that the owner feels may be a

        concern. Also, during this time we will instruct the owner on how to

        properly maintain and use any new systems that we may have 

        installed. If the people that will use and maintain the systems are

        not present we will schedule a meeting to run through the proper

        procedures to ensure the longevity of the system.

 

        What if I have questions in the future? The fact of the manner is

        that very few people will have all the questions pulled together by

        the final walk-through. If you have any questions that arise years
