Preconstruction

 

 

       The preconstruction phase is important. During the preconstruction

       phase we review the plans for your new building or renovation for

       intent and specified items. From here we solicit bids from

       subcontractors and suppliers that will meet the specifications set in

       the plans.

 

       Building the team. We analyze the solicited bids from the sub-

       contractors to ensure that they will be able to meet the requirements

       for your project and to ensure that you receive a competitive cost for

       your project. We do this for all aspects of the building process to

       make sure that we can meet your monetary guidelines.

 

       Value Engineering. At this phase of the preconstruction services we

       strongly encourage a meeting with all sub-contractors, the

       superintendent, project managers, the architect and the owner of the

       new project to make sure that we are ready to start the project and

       head into the construction phase. *This step is only persued if it is

       deemed necessary by the owner and design professional.
